Terms of service and legal information

This document explains the terms governing Lead Rescue Studio services and the responsibilities of each party. Last updated: May 2026.

1. Service provider

Consulting services that improve B2B websites for generating sales enquiries are provided by Lead Rescue Studio.

2. Scope of services

Lead Rescue Studio analyses and improves the journey a visitor takes before making an enquiry on a client’s website. In particular, our services include:

  • Reviewing the website for obstacles that make contact more difficult
  • Preparing a diagnosis with prioritised recommendations
  • Implementing agreed changes as part of a delivery sprint

We agree the scope, cost and schedule of each service individually before work begins. Submitting the contact form does not place an order or create an obligation for either party.

3. No guarantee of results

Lead Rescue Studio does not guarantee an increase in sales enquiries, improved search rankings or any specific business outcome.

Our recommendations are based on good practice and experience in optimising B2B websites. However, the effect of any changes depends on many factors, including the industry, website traffic, the quality of the offer and competitors’ activity.

Website content is provided for general information and does not constitute legal, tax or financial advice.

4. Client responsibilities

The client is fully responsible for:

  • The factual accuracy of its content, service descriptions and industry-specific claims
  • The legal compliance of data, legal notices and terms published on its website
  • All materials supplied for delivery
  • Maintaining appropriate backups unless backup work is explicitly included in the scope

Lead Rescue Studio is not responsible for content published by the client on its own website or for business decisions made on the basis of the recommendations provided.

5. Payment and delivery

Detailed delivery, payment and scheduling terms are set out in the individual proposal sent before work begins or in a separate agreement.

Indicative prices shown on the website may differ from the final quotation depending on the scope and complexity of the work. The published price ranges do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

6. Intellectual property

All content published on this website — including copy, graphic design, visual layout and tools — belongs to Lead Rescue Studio or is used under an appropriate licence and is protected by copyright.

Reports, analyses and recommendations delivered as part of a service are intended solely for the client’s business use. They may not be resold, shared publicly or copied for commercial purposes without Lead Rescue Studio’s consent unless the terms of the engagement state otherwise.

7. Access, backups and third-party systems

The client must provide lawful access to the systems required for the agreed work. Before technical changes begin, the parties agree responsibility for backups, rollback and acceptance criteria.

Lead Rescue Studio is not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party hosting, plugins, platforms, services or changes made outside the agreed scope.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct loss caused by a failure to exercise reasonable professional care. It does not include indirect loss, lost profits or loss caused by factors outside Lead Rescue Studio’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

Lead Rescue Studio may update these terms. The current English version is always available at leadrescuestudio.pl/en/terms/. Continued use of the services after an update is governed by the terms agreed for the relevant engagement.
